Body and Mind

Have you ever noticed how your thinking changes based on your physical condition? Or have you ever noticed how you physically feel based on your mental condition? Body and mind are so interconnected that they impact each other significantly.

Whenever you feel low try doing some physical activity like walking, running, playing or gardening. You will see this will perk you up immediately. Similarly if you are feeling physically very lethargic and not good, then close your eyes and think about something energizing like you are enjoying near the beach or you are on top of the mountain enjoying the fresh air. With your closed eyes try to feel as if you are there. After spending sometime you will see that your body is getting its energy back.

Whenever your feel body or mind is not in good state , take help of other to bring it back to action. When your body and mind both are supporting each other you will be at your best.

Take care of your body and mind well as they are the medium of everything you do.
