Times come when days and nights seem to be too long. Pain seems to increase and there is no hope for future. Difficult time gives a feeling that now things will be like this forever.

This is the time you have to be strong and make others strong. No time remains forever. This too will pass soon. Things might seem very gloomy now. Your energy may seem to be very low and you may feel you are weak to do anything.

Even if you do not do anything, keep your faith intact. Have faith in the goodness of life and on the creator. You have been created by this universe and  you will be taken care. Do not let the situation break you. Sometime you do not need a solution, you just need to manage yourself to cross this time. Life is precious- pain and happiness is a part of it.

Be strong when the time demands. You can do it. You have to do it. You may create ray of hope for many others. Like good times, bad time will also pass.

If you are in the midst of the crisis, keep telling yourself- This too will be Over soon.
