Think Positive

Series of thoughts keep passing through the mind whole day. Observe your pattern of thoughts. If you find that mostly they are too negative then its time to take some action.

The way you take care of your physical health by taking medicines when something is not right physically, same way mental health condition also needs to be monitored and corrective actions are required to make it work efficiently.

The simple and effective way to fix this to think positive in every situation. May be little difficult to do initially but force yourself to think something positive in every situation. Your past experience, belief system and current situation may be going against you but still put an effort to say something positive, even if you know its fake.

Every word you speak and everything thought in your mind creates a significant impact on your life.

Think and speak positive things to keep yourself in a state where you can deal with anything and any situation.
