Stability

In nature everything tries to be in its most stable state. To move anything from its stable state, needs energy in any form.Humans also slowly try to search stability in life. You might be working hard towards the financial stability or security. Slowly in the busy life you miss out two very important aspects that is physical stability and mental stability.

Physical stability is not just keeping yourself fed and disease free. This is the basic minimum. For physical stability you have to do little more where your body can function in its best possible state. To do that you have to work on the body and pay attention to it.

Similarly, mental stability is not just you do not have any challenges to deal it. It means you are stable where you are in your best possible state to take any decisions, without getting impacted by external factors. To attain this as well, you have to work on yourself.

If you pay attention to yourself, you will immediately identify what you need to do next for more stability - both mental and physical. Sit at a quiet place and pay attention to your body and mind. Slowly it will reveal itself to you what it needs.

Your physical and mental state defines what you are to yourself or to the external world. Spend time to keep them stable.
