Is there something bothering you all the time? Has it happened some issue is always in your thoughts whatever you do. You try to get rid of it but it keeps coming back.

This mostly happens when something is very important to you and it needs attention. Probably you do not have solution so you put it off. But that doesn't help.

You are getting repeatedly bothered means it needs attention else why your mind is going back to it even if it knows nothing can be done.

Do not be afraid to face your situation and problem. First accept and acknowledge it is there. Do not be in denial. Acceptance brings lot of clarity. Then one by one evaluate all options what you can do. Whatever comes your mind. Here as well, do not be afraid to think of solutions which you know can never happen. Consider all.

Once you have the list of all possibilities, start putting numbers as per doability. See if any positive outcome you can get.  Worst case, if all options are dropped, then see if any one of them can be considered later in future sometime.

Once you do this process, it will give you great satisfaction that you have evaluated everything and tried to resolve. If you get a solution, you are done. If not then, the problem will stop popping up in your thoughts all the time. It will not bother you as before.

Sort out your issues and challenges. Take them head-on. When you face it strong, it will trouble you less. When you are less troubled, you will function better.
