Self Healing

Our mind and body are connected. Our thoughts and feelings have big impact on our body. We have not created this body ourselves. Since this is created naturally, nature has given some power to it to heal and maintain itself.

Our entire body works for itself to keep it running with ease. If something wrong happens then it fights back and it has whole lot of mechanism to protect itself. If any damage happens it tries its best to heal itself to some extent. Now this whole process is involuntarily and with good food and healthy habits you make your defense system stronger.

Apart from this, there is one element which works like wonders - Your thoughts and feeling. What you think and how you feel deep inside, drive lot of hormones in the body. All hormones which are produced during good feeling assist the body to heal faster. Many self healing practices work to strengthen this self healing process.

You have to believe your body heals itself and you must think very positive that you will be healed. Say positive affirmations loudly until you believe in them. Initially it may not sound very satisfactory to you but continue it for some time. Slowly you will see you will start believing it and your believe will do miracles.

Self healing process is there inside you from birth. Just strengthen it by acknowledging and feeding it with positive thoughts.
