Moments of Blissfulness
I am sure all of you would have tasted moments of blissfulness. For few it might be some rare cherished moments, for few there will be many. But all would have felt them sometime or the other.

What if your entire life is full of those moments? Sounds impossible, isn't it? But do you know that increasing those moments in life is possible?

But question is how to increase the moments of bliss. Try to recollect those past moments that had happened which made your experience so special and memorable. Is there any way to recreate those feelings in some way? Close your eyes and remember that moment again. Feel that moment and focus on how was your feeling at that time. Must be a sweet feeling. When you think - you must be re-living that moment and you can sense that your body is reacting in the same way as it had reacted days back. Focus more on your feeling not on the situation.

Whenever you are stressed or upset, close your eyes and try to feel those feelings again and create that sweetness again within you.

See if in any way you can create those blissful moments again in life more and more, which gives you strength and make the world a much happier place to live.
