You hear from your childhood that hard work pays. Yes, it definitely gives you the return in some or the other way. No effort goes unnoticed or unrecognized as per nature's law. But is the return aligned to your goal that is the biggest question?

If you blindly put your effort at wrong place, you will get some result but not the one you expected. So before jumping into working hard, check where you are putting the effort and if it is aligned to what you want. Your hard work can end up paying you with good experience or personal inner growth. That is acceptable but that is not all you want. You want real goal achievement.

If you are goal oriented, you must be very sure where you put your hard work. If it means lot of planning before execution then you must do that. Getting the right information, planning rightly with the right guidance and  then executing it with all your effort, will help you land to your dream land.

Just execution without the awareness that what can go wrong and not changing your navigation based on the inputs you are getting, can delay or hamper your result.

Whatever you do, you do to get successful result. No one wants to be unsuccessful on what they are doing. So, the goal is definitely to get success. You must target it from all sides not just by hard work but a focused hard work to execute it rightly and change as required.

Put your hard work in a right manner in the right direction to get to the right result!
