Judgement and conclusions are the easiest destination to reach. Many people make up their mind without trying out something. Few attempt to try with utmost care which makes them doubt every step. Only very few just throw themselves to be part of the activity. Those who falls into the last part only experience, learn and grow.

Whatever small or big activity you do, involvement is very crucial. Involvement doesn't mean participation being physically present or being mentally alert. Involvement means surrendering to something 100% without any judgement or doubt.

When you get involved, you receive the full benefit of the process where you are participating and the best of you comes out. Doubts and judgements create boundaries to experience the whole. When you are into something, just give your 100% whether you like it or not. You may decide not to do that activity later as you did not find it interesting, perfectly fine. But in case you have to do then get involved 100%.

When you are fully involved, you get the best and you produce the best version of you!
