Erase Stress

We hear this word more often now and it has become part of us. Earlier it was not there or it was there but we did not know about it ? Sometimes when we name any phenomena then we start seeing those very often. And interestingly, we find proofs to substantiate it.

What is this stress and who creates it? Are we ourselves responsible for it or the environment creates it? Mostly people blame the factors of stress to be job, family issues, financial crisis etc.

A situation does not cause stress but our inability to handle it causes stress. We cannot change circumstances many a times but we can definitely change the way we are handling the situation.

Whenever an event happen, we immediately react to it based on our feeling, how well we can handle it. We do not take stress but focus on actions when we are confident on how to handle. Stress comes when we see no way out or assuming that we do not have solution and will get impacted badly. This entire reaction is based on imaginary fear of losing something.

Identify the stress and acknowledge the thought which is creating the pressure on you.You need to shut it off in someway. Best is not to entertain it by focusing on it and doing something which takes you away from it.

Your first action is to take your inner state out from this stress feeling to a feeling where you feel more confident, because then only you can take constructive actions to deal with the situation which is troubling you.

Erase this word 'Stress' from your life. Believe you can handle everything and you are doing your best!
