he best gift which the nature has given is the power of language which strengthens our communication. Communication is very critical in our life. Not only through words but we communicate through our presence, our body language, our thoughts and our intent.

Have you ever thought what is the purpose of communication? It in not just saying what we like. Communication happens between 2 entities where each conveys the message to the other and expects other to understand in the same way. Interesting part is, we communicate in our own way and expect other to understand what we intend. Do we have any control over the understanding capability of the other person? The other person has its own beliefs and own interpretation. If I want my message to go in the way I want then I have to work on my communication.

We do not talk to a child and an adult in the same way on the same subject, why? Because we know their level of understanding is different. Same principal we have to apply while talking to  adults as well because interpretation of different people vary. If we explain things differently by putting little extra effort so that the other person can understand then the purpose of communication is achieved.

Effective communication only happens when the message from one reaches to the others without any bias and as is. It is not as simple. In today's world most of the conflicts are because of miscommunication. If we work little hard on our communication we can create a beautiful world around ourselves.

Lets try for it and communicate in a way what others can understand. It may take little more effort but its worth trying as gains are much higher and valuable!
