Bounce Back
Tough situation comes to everyone's life. People differ on the response to those adverse situations. Few people bounce back quickly. For Few it is a herculian task to combat.
 
How will you bounce back when you are drowned by your own feelings and emotions? To fight out, you have to put the force from inside. You have to generate the inner strength if it is not there. Force yourself to get engaged into something which perks you up.
 
First step is to shift your focus from the curret problen to something else. Till you are focused on the emotionally charged situation, no other information can be processed by your mind. So , take a informed step to shift your attention. The moment attention is shifted, get engaged into some activity which grabs your focus. This must be something which you love to do.
 
Slowly you will see you are coming out of the situation. Bouncing back from any adverse situation is very important then only you can move forward.
