Acceptance is a Healer

There are many 'Whys' in life. Why something happened, why someone else did this, why I did not get that, why I only have to do this etc etc. List is long. All such thoughts create internal war where you fight with yourself. You do not get answer and you do not have any solution. But still you question and hurt yourself repeatedly.

 

Such feelings create wound on your heart. You never forget these things. Whenever there is any similar circumstances they all pop up and refreshes your memories to make these wounds deeper. Result is - you always suffer from the pain of these wounds.

 

These are self-created sufferings. No one can heal your this part. It is you who will have to accept. You must accept what has happened. You must accept your own follies. You must accept others can make mistake. You must accept this is possible to happen.

 

Acceptance is a big healer. When you accept, you reconcile. When you reconcile your heart does not ache. When your heart does not ache, it does not hit the wound you had got. Slowly old wounds heal with time. You no more attack those past wounds. With acceptance - you have accepted the truth and you have moved on.

 

For all pains of past, practice acceptance. It may be difficult to do initially but tell yourself to accept everything. Acceptance will bring lot of peace and happiness in your life and you will be able to move ahead much happily.
