Accept Your Follies

You might have faced many situations which are not very favorable. You might be having many bad memories. You might be having some feeling about your lacunas. Most of the time all run away from the self which hurts. In doing so all exhibit behavior which tries to hide this image or do not want to face this self.  This is self hurting behavior. The more you run , the more you are under the grip of it.

The non acceptance of the self evil is a cause of silent distress which reflects in the behavior. Even if you consciously say positive things and show that you do everything positive, it will not disappear. Whatever you believe deep in your heart takes over your responses in most of the situations unless you control consciously.

The only way to dissolve this distress is to accept your follies. Acceptance liberates you from the guilt feeling. This acceptance will help you to reconcile many things which you would have registered against yourself for a very long time.

Forgive yourself for all the mistakes you have done. Accept yourself the way you are. Accept your follies. This acceptance will open up new doors for you.
